I believe that people are the most important resource in any project. I emphasise motivating and engaging team members by recognising their contributions and creating an environment where everyone feels valued. I emphasise psychological safety. It's crucial that team members feel comfortable expressing their opinions and taking risks without fear of negative consequences.

I make sure that everyone is involved and I ensure freedom to perform tasks as individuals wish. However, I always take responsibility for the result being achieved.

I customise project methods so that they make sense for the individual company. For example, Prince2, Agile and Waterfall are methods that can quickly become large and unmanageable, and if we combine them it becomes even worse. I visibly select the elements that I think are relevant. This creates a simple and fully transparent method for the customer.

It's important to celebrate even small achievements along the way. By marking milestones and successes, we keep the project team's morale and motivation high. It should be inspiring to go to work, and that gives the best result for everyone.
